Public Health Services will no longer offer immunizations at the United
Methodist
Church
at 135 Laurel, Valley Springs, effective July 1, 2014.
The
immunization clinics in San Andreas will continue as follows:

Eligibility for
Public Health Services immunization clinics:
Eligible – Public Health provides immunizations to
the following:
· Children and youth
under 19 years of age without private health insurance
· Children and youth
under 19 years of age whose insurance does not cover vaccinations
· Children and youth
under 19 years of age with Medi-Cal
· Pertussis and Flu
vaccine are available to all persons without restrictions
Not Eligible – Public Health cannot
provide immunizations to the following:
· Children and adults with private insurance that covers
vaccinations
· Seniors with Medicare
Part D
· Adults 19 years and
older with Medi-Cal coverage
