Jeremy Hoff of Copperopolis wins 2013 Champion Sport Modified at Antioch Speedway

Jeremy Hoff wins 2013 Track Champion in the IMCA Sport Modified Division at Antioch Speedway.

While the weekly racing series has ended for the season, Hoff's racing season is not over as he is now competing throughout the Fall in various "Open Shows."

This past weekend Jeremy competed in  the Bud Nationals, two days of racing at Bakersfield Speedway, where he had a respectable 7th place finish.

Jeremy Hoff, 27 years old, grew up in Copperopolis where he attended Copperopolis Elementary & Bret Harte High School. Jeremy played every sport available, but  was bitten by the racing bug... he started racing go carts competitively at 13 and by 16 years old moved up to Stock Cars.  Jeremy took off a few years from racing after high school to attend the Nascar Technical Institute in Mooresville, North Carolina where he graduated in 2006.

After graduation Jeremy returned to Copperopolis and put his newly learned knowledge to use and along with the help of his dad (Scott) they started building their own race cars.

Jeremy would like to thank to his girlfriend Alishia and Dad for being his dedicated pit crew, his sponsors Micki & Larry's Sports Pub,  Julie Martinez-Preferred Financial, Alishia Rae Photography, Fisk Demolition, Plaza Furniture, Graphics by Bubba Nelson, Powered by Plunkett, Copper Auto & Marine (Napa), his mother Melinda and his family & friends.
