Out and About by Richard Kotowski

Columbia College's. Culinary & Pastry Program
Smelling & tasting GOOD !
Once again we journeyed to the school for a lunch in the "Cellar", the school's restaurant.
On the way to the "Cellar" we found the door open to the pastry/bakery.  The "bear claw" tasted Heavenly - giving a mouth warming & tummy wanting more feeling.  And my friend said the cookies she got were real good.
  "The Cellar"
One enters thru the school's snack shop.  What a nice atmosphere, even with almost all seats taken, we had one of the new students serving as our waitress.  We ordered the lunch special - soup, main dish, desert & drink.  We took a poll vote, of the three of us at our table after eating while we had desert and came up with 4 STARS.  Not bad for students learning the ways of a good restaurant. We left full & with a  "we'll be back" feeling.
