The funds raised from the fireworks booth are used for teacher grants for classroom necessities, classroom supplies, field trips and extra busing fees...to name a few.
The fireworks booth located in the Lake Tulloch Shopping Center (IGA, Umpqua and True Value parking lot) will be open Thursday and Friday June 30 and July 1st from 12 noon to 8 pm. Open Sat, Sun and Mon July 2-4, from 9 am to 8 pm.
All safe and sane fireworks can be brought to the Copperopolis Fire Department between 8:30 and 9 pm on July 4th to be set off in a safe setting, with firefighters on hand. Please bring your own seating, blanket or folding chairs to watch the show.
